About
Physical Challenge is a student-run dance night in Champaign-Urbana. Each week the resident djs offer up a fun blend of house and electro to growing crowds. Started in the beginning of 2009, Physical Challenge has grown to be run by three student djs: Famicom, Lucknow, and CZO. Each dj rotates every week with their own style, special guests, and club concept.

First, thanks to everyone who came out last week for RAVE2 the grave! It was the best turnout physical challenge has ever had.. over 150+! It was a really fun time, all the kids who came in costume and partied hard…awesome. It was the best way to start of the halloween weekend.

This week physical challenge is bringing out special guest Lincoln Jones. He runs Radioactivity on WPGU 107.1 and is a major player in Champaign’s Dupstep Massacre which takes place every month. He’ll be throwing down a fidget house set at the Canopy Club this Wednesday in the top spot! Don’t miss out!

Yeah Yeah Yeahs - Heads Will Roll (A-trak remix)
A-trak takes the original and makes it look pretty easy. breaking up the synth/strings/guitar into some 90s house style chord jabs and breaking up a lot of the vocals. I just wish the bass he added was deeeeeper. this is sure to get some people moving.
